About Me

Patrick Jasper Lee (Jasper, as he likes to be called) is a songwriter and author of many popular books on the Romani Gypsy culture. He is from a line of indigenous Romani Gypsies, having inherited the title "Chovihano" from his elders. In much of his artwork he introduces themes relating to his culture and what it has to teach. He is also on the autism spectrum (Asperger's) and supports what he describes as "autistic thinking". He uses the name "Jasperger" for his music: a play on Asperger's syndrome, which he feels makes a vital contribution to his creativity.

JaspergerStudio is devoted entirely to Jasper's music and videos, along with his downloadable courses and workshops. This is where you can explore and purchase his albums when they become available.

Jasper campaigns for simplistic primitive thinking as an aid to understanding the human relationship with the rest of the world. He also educates people on what is known as the otherworld, feeling such a relationship has diminished in recent times, leaving society with a lack of belonging as a result. He believes we find no greater harmony and health than when we learn to live with the spiritual elements of the natural world.
